Hire Eureka Hall - Rates

Eureka Hall is a versatile space that can be hired for a range of functions - from parties to weddings, day classes to family reunions.

Half-day hall hire only. Does not include kitchen or use of outdoor space

Full-day hall hire only. Does not include kitchen or use of outdoor spaces



3-day hall hire. Price includes $1000 refundable deposit

Frequently Asked Questions

Are there any time or noise limits?

As a show of respect to our neighbours, it is requested that functions have a finishing time of no later than 11:00 pm. Many thanks for your consideration with  this.

Wedding hire, whats included?

Wedding hire includes 3 days of hire, allowing;

  • 1 day for setup
  • 1 day for the event and
  • 1 day for pack up and cleaning 

Use of all Eureka hall facilities including the kitchen, crockery, chairs, tables, trestles and the grounds around the hall.

What does my hourly, half or full day hire include?

Hourly, half day and day hires include use of the hall and toilets only.

It does not include use of the kitchen and grounds. 

If you need to use the kitchen facilities or to book the outdoor spaces, please let us know when booking and we can provide a quote.


Is there a bond?

For general hire, there is no bond required. However, any damage or extra cleaning will need to be paid for.

Weddings have a refundable bond of $1000.

is my bond refundable?

All bonds are refundable as long as the Hall is returned in the same condition it was rented to you in.

If there is any damage or the hall is in need of a clean, this will be taken out of the bond money and the remainder will be returned to you

Is there a cleaning fee?

Typically we don't charge a cleaning fee, however if the hall is not left clean then a fee for cleaning will be deducted from your bond.

Clearning fee will vary depending on the state the hall is left it.

what sort of classes can i run?

We welcome any and all classes that benefit the community, barring illegal activities. Yoga, dance, music, theatre, voice, art.

We do ask if your class involves things like paint or clay or anything that could stain the floors/walls that you take appropriate pre-cautions e.g. tarps or sheets
